Brief Description
Since 1993 our mission has been to conduct high-quality independent research and to provide innovative practical recommendations for policy- and decision-makers. We organize international expert conferences, seminars and workshops. RC SFPA has been active in numerous projects funded through EU (IPA, EuropeAid, ESF), EEA and Norway grants and USAID focusing on Ukraine and topics related to cross-border cooperation, energy efficiency climate neutrality, smart cities and capacity building for implementation of the European Green Deal.
Role in the U_CAN Project
In the U-CAN project, RC SFPA brings our expertise in research activities, knowledge sharing, communication, and dissemination. The main resources we provide include qualified researchers and practitioners willing to share best practices, as well as an already established conference platform – the Central European Energy Conference. This conference has been focused on energy and climate issues for 18 years and involves stakeholders from across Europe.
